Our Story
Established in 1992, Apex Drilling Services Limited has been a trusted name in mineral exploration, initially focusing on the coalfields of South Wales. As the industry evolved, so did Apex, diversifying into specialised sectors such as geothermal energy, water wells, contamination drilling, coal bed methane extraction, and ground investigation.
With a team of over 50 professionals and a fleet of 25 drilling rigs operating nationwide, Apex serves major mining houses, environmental and geotechnical consultants, and civil engineering firms across the United Kingdom.
Our drilling fleet features a range of sizes, weights, and flushing media suited to different ground conditions. Our tracked machines can operate on sloping terrain, giving us access where other firms can't reach.
